Radiation Technology Limited was
formed in 1990, and specialises in the shielding and measurement of ionising
radiation.
We are expert in all areas of
radiological physics, but have particular skills in the application of
Monte-Carlo computational methods to shielding problems involving photon,
neutron and capture-gamma radiations.
Our principal activities include
technical services, design, development, and project consultancy.
We develop and supply special materials, and incorporate
them into our custom designed shields.
Currently our main interests are
related to radiotherapy linac facilities, medical cyclotrons, and neutron
source storage.
Some of those who can benefit from
our assistance are architects and structural engineers, building contractors,
government organisations, hospital physicists, manufacturers of electron linacs
and cyclotrons, oil well logging companies, radiation protection advisors, and
radiological service and supply companies.
We are always keen to develop
